Pretty Good

Brings more variables to the table than the first, but significantly harder than the first. You should still have a relatively low learning curve even though it's a sequel--look at the Half-life episodes, for example; even though the only people who would really play them are those who played Half-life 2, both 2 and 3 start out easy enough so that you can ease back into the gameplay. LS2 is too tough, even for someone who played the first a bunch of times.
Also, it kept glitching on me-- I'd suddenly find myself unable to switch weapons or shoot, and then the zombies would just kill me after knocking down my fort.

Nice, but...

It'd be nice if the camera was pulled back a bit so we could see more of what was going on....

Dammit!

God, I hate you so much.

Cool, but....

Cool, but it did get old pretty quickly. I found it frustrating that the bullets were the same color as everything else, small, and pretty slow...when you're playing quickly enough, they just end up blending into the background, and that's not really fun.
Also perhaps you could make it so certain enemies take multiple hit to actually die (hitting them may cause them to explode a little, but then careen across the screen, perhaps knocking into other enemies and destroying them)...just a suggesting to keep it more interesting as you progress.

Hmmm

I'd be more inclined to play if some of the enemies died once in awhile...no one would die in the first level, so I ran past everyone. Then I tried training in the dojo, and I kept hitting the same guys over and over with everything for about five minutes. No one would die, so it wasn't rewarding at all.

That is strange you are the first person to report this. Is it perhaps your flash plugin? I am not sure i don't think anyone else has this problem.

Then again if you were wearing that silly yellow face hat that looks like -> :O
Then that might be why too because it actually lowers your power (the stats come up when you're making a new character).

Hem

Nice effort, but the radio messages are useless if it takes freaking forever for the snipers to change position...oh, there's a menace at position 1? well, let me just get over there....it'll take ten minutes, but I'm sure the enemy won't take a shot by then--BANG!--oh shit!

Amazing

The ending was so fucking cute, I wanted to throw up. (In a good way.) Really beautiful backgrounds, creative gameplay. The only thing I would suggest is that Anika's flying animation had more than one sprite, just a little flapping would've been nice (maybe she's supposed to be gliding, but it just a little feathers twisting in the breeze or something). Great job!

Great art

Scary, great design...knifing people in the face was one of the most enjoyable experiences.

Funny

But if you can live 3 weeks without eating, you deserve to eat somebody.

Pretty cool

There's only two thing's I'd suggest, and they really need to be done:

1. The speed of the bullets needs to be influenced by the speed of the ship. I'd often find myself with a pink or blue guy running circles around me, and I'd be unable to shoot him because I was traveling the same speed as my bullets and they weren't going anywhere.

2. Also, where each wave spawns needs some work. I usually didn't die in battle, but I would die because three yellow circle spawned right on top of me and I couldn't get away.

Other than those things, coo.
